Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using www.thehalotemple.com (“the Website”) operated by The Halo Temple SRL (“the halo temple”, “us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Website at www.thehaotemple.com By accessing or using the Website in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Website or contributing content or other materials to the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy 

 

As the chosen treatments are reserved exclusively for you, given the customer, we value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. Please notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations with less than 4 hours of notice are subject to be fully charged. 

We recognise the time of our guests and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us without cancellation, we also miss an appointment that could have been taken by any other guest willing to agree to our cancellation policy.

 

Those who book less than 4 hours before the service schedule agree to our policies and will be fully charged for any reason of cancellation.

 

Gift cards and vouchers

• Nature of the Gift Card
  Gift cards represent a monetary value that can be used for any of our services. They are not tied to a specific service, treatment, or duration.

• Value and Redemption
  Each gift card equals the amount paid at purchase. It can be used in full or partially toward any service. If the service exceeds the card’s value, the difference can be paid by the holder.

• Service Price Changes
  Service prices may change without notice. The gift card keeps its original value and can be applied to current prices.

• Online Gift Cards
  Gift cards sold through our website are managed by a third-party provider.

• Recipient Information
  It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide accurate recipient information. We can update it on request, but this does not affect the voucher’s expiry date.

• Validity and Expiry
  Gift cards are valid for 6 months from purchase. The expiry date is the last day you can make a booking, not the date of the session. Once expired, cards cannot be extended, reactivated, or refunded.

• Booking Availability
  Booking is subject to availability. The calendar is open at least 45 days in advance, so you can schedule sessions for future dates even after the voucher expires, as long as the booking is made before the expiry date.

• Non-Refundable
  Gift cards cannot be refunded.

​

• Limitation of Liability
  We are not responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or damages due to expiry or non-usage of a gift card.

• Agreement
  By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these terms.

Conditions relating to your use of the Website and online booking platform

1. Your account

If you use the Website and / or our online booking platform where you created your account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

5. Online reservations and orders

Right to be forgotten - you can submit "delete my account" request online at any time. The data will be deleted within 30 days of the administrator completing the "delete my account" request.
