By accessing or using the Website in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Website or contributing content or other materials to the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy 

 

As the chosen treatments are reserved exclusively for you, given the customer, we value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. Please notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations with less than 4 hours of notice are subject to be fully charged. 

We recognize the time of our guests and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us without cancellation we also miss an appointment that could have been taken by any other guest willing to agree to our cancellation policy.

 

Those who book less than 4 hours before the service schedule agree to our policies and will be fully charged for any reason of cancellation.

 

GIFT CARDS  and vouchers

 

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

• Nature of the Gift Card: Gift cards represent a monetary value that may be redeemed for our service.
  The gift card does not correspond to any specific service, treatment, or duration, even if it was originally purchased in relation to a particular service.

• Value and Redemption: Each gift card has a monetary value equal to the amount paid at the time of purchase.
  It can be used as full or partial payment for any available service.
  If the selected service exceeds the card’s remaining value, the difference can be paid by the holder.

• Service Price Adjustments: Service prices and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  In the event of a price change, the gift card retains its nominal value, which can be applied toward the current price list.

• Online gift cards available through our website are sold, issued, and managed by a third-party provider.

• Gift cards have a fixed validity period. Once expired, a gift card cannot be extended, reactivated, or redeemed in any form.

• We accept no liability for any loss, inconvenience, or damages arising from the expiration or non-usage of a gift card.

• By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Conditions relating to your use of the Website and online booking platform

Right to be forgotten - you can submit "delete my account" request online at any time. The data will be deleted within 30 days of the administrator completing the "delete my account" request.
