Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using www.thehalotemple.com (“the Website”) operated by The halo temple SRL (“the halo temple”, “us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Website at www.thehaotemple.com.com. By accessing or using the Website in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Website or contributing content or other materials to the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy 

 

As the chosen treatments are reserved exclusively for you, given the customer, we value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to be fully charged. 

We recognize the time of our guests and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us without cancellation we also miss an appointment that could have been taken by any other guest willing to agree to our cancellation policy.

 

To whom that book less than 3 hours before the service schedule, means you agree to our policies and will be fully charged for any reason of cancellation.

 

GIFT CARDS  and vouchers

 

Gift vouchers are non–refundable and are valid without an expiration date.

 

Conditions relating to your use of the Website and online booking platform

If you use the Website and / or our online booking platform where you created your account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

5. Online reservations and orders

Right to be forgotten - you can submit "delete my account" request online at any time. The data will be deleted within 30 days of the administrator completing the "delete my account" request.
